This policy covers the Novapex website and the information you give us through it. We collect little, we say exactly what it is for, and we do not sell it to anyone.
Who is responsible for your information

What we collect
The Leak Test. Before showing your result, we ask for your name, company and work email. We store those alongside your score and score band so we can send your result and follow up once.
Requests and messages. When you submit the Leak Call, One-Move Strategy or contact form, your answers are sent to us by email through Google, which hosts our email. The Map reservation opens a ready-written email in your own mail app, and we receive only what you choose to send.
Free guides. If you ask for a free guide, we keep your email address to send it to you, and to tell you about the Reply Kit.
WhatsApp tips. If you join, we keep your WhatsApp number to send you tips. Reply STOP at any time and we remove it.
Site visits. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages people reach. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
Client work. If you become a client, the information you share during a Revenue Leak Map or Conversion System is covered by the confidentiality terms in your agreement with us, not by this page.
What we use it for
To reply to you, to send the result or material you asked for, to follow up once after the Leak Test, to send WhatsApp tips if you joined, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Nothing else.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not add you to any list you did not ask to join. We do not share your information with anyone outside Novapex except the service providers listed below, and only so they can do their job for us.
Where it is kept
Leak Test submissions are stored in Google Workspace. Email is handled by our email provider. The site is hosted by Vercel. These providers may store information on servers outside Lesotho and South Africa, and each is bound by its own security and privacy obligations.
How long we keep it
Leak Test submissions and email conversations are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you. Email hello@novapex.agency and we will act on it within 30 days.
If you are in South Africa, you also have the right to complain to the Information Regulator. Elsewhere, you can contact the data protection authority in your country.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and the date at the top.
